
Skye Gyngell
Skye is an Australian cook who has written food features and recipes for The Independent on Sunday. She won a Michelin star at the Petersham Nurseries Café. Pedigree Skye is perhaps best known for her work as food editor for Vogue, and for winning a Michelin star at the Petersham Nurseries Cafe. She began her culinary career in France, training at the La Varenne restaurant in Paris, under chef Anne Willan. She later moved back to England to work at The French House, in Soho, London, and then at The Dorchester under renowned chef Anton Mosimann. Her biggest venture came in 2004 when she joined the Petersham Nurseries Cafe as head chef at its opening, having convinced the owners of the nurseries to allow her to create the “antithesis of a West End restaurant” there. Tom Parker Bowles
Tom is the son of Prince Charles’ wife Camilla, and an Internationally Renowned Food Writer. He is also the author of The Year of Eating Dangerously and E is for Eating: An Alphabet of Greed, and has columns in The Mail on Sunday, “Night and Day” and Tatler. Pedigree Tom Parker Bowles was educated at Summer Fields prep school in Oxford. He then attended Eton College and Worcester College, Oxford, where he was a member of the Piers Gaveston Society From 1997 until 2000, Parker Bowles was a junior publicist for Dennis Davidson Associates public relations firm. For the past 10 years, he has been a food writer and broadcaster with a weekly column in The Mail on Sunday.
