Nigel is one of Britain’s best-loved cookery writers and a firm believer that it’s possible to make a tasty meal just as quickly as fast food. Rustie is a television chef, actress and musician, most famous for her appearances in the 1980s on morning station, TV-am. Following her successful stint as a chef on TV-am in 1983, Rustie Lee took over from Sarah Kennedy on the second incarnation of the ITV gameshow Game for a Laugh. Pedigree In 2004 Lee appeared on Living’s I’m Famous and Frightened! 2, a reality show featuring a number of celebrities staying in a castle over a weekend, taking part in various challenges and looking for paranormal activity, guided by a medium. Woon is a Chinese-born British entrepreneur, best known for having started the Wing Yip supermarket chain. His Chinese and oriental superstores now supply more than 2000 Chinese restaurants throughout the UK. His outlets employ well over 300 people. Pedigree A Hakka born in Dongguan, Guangdong in 1940, Yip arrived in Birmingham, United Kingdom from Hong Kong in 1959 with 10 pounds at the age of 19. He then worked and later started his own restaurants in the East Anglia region of England, in towns such as Clacton and Ipswich. With the ability to speak English, he founded the Wing Yip supermarket in United Kingdom. The Wing Yip business has also branched out into property development, management and investment, with more than 60 commercial and residential tenants around the country.
